How are delivery prices agreed?

Drivers submit quotes on posted requests. The sender chooses an offer. Payment is arranged directly between the parties; this pilot does not process payments or provide insurance.

Are drivers verified?

Driver profiles in this pilot are self-declared. Identity, licence, insurance and vehicle suitability have not been independently verified by Track.kougouleu. Confirm these with your driver before handing over an item.

Can I track my parcel in real time?

Tracking shows the handover events recorded by the sender and assigned driver. It is not GPS tracking or an external courier integration.

What can someone see using a tracking number?

A tracking lookup shows towns, shipment status and event timestamps. Exact addresses, the delivery code, private notes and order references are restricted to the relevant account holders.
